To establish a relationship of friendship and partnership with the Chicago Sister Cities International    Committee

To organize periodical and annual events and meetings between the two cities

To create cultural, technological, economic, academic, scientific, sport and tourist exchanges between the    two cities

To contribute to the development of a close understanding of the American and the Moroccan art and    cultural community in both cities

To participate in the organization of sports competitions and exchanges; an essential component of cultural    understanding

To encourage the creation of relationships with American citizens residing in Casablanca by developing    activities between American and Moroccan groups with the goals of social, educational and economic    development
